Brianna playing dress up with Mommy's shoes on.
Kierra sleeping in the crib for the first time on Saturday night.
Sometimes going backwards lands her in difficult situations.
Bri loves to play dress up. Kierra finally moved into the crib and into her "new" room on Saturday night. Mommy is way late moving her but so far she is tolerating the move really well. Kierra usually goes backwards but still manages to get wherever she wants to go or at least moves all around the room. Yesterday I found her halfway under the bed. One of these days she will really figure out how to go forward and then I will really have to watch her constantly.

Bri's new room
Brianna and Kierra trying out Bri's "new" bed
Brianna's handprints
We have been working on redoing the guest bedroom upstairs for Brianna as Kierra needs the "baby" room now. Brianna wanted a new room so this is what we did. Not perfect and not really completely done as we haven't hung any pictures on the walls yet but it is liveable so she is moved in. She chose to use the toddler bed instead of the daybed she has been sleeping in since she moved out of the crib but oh well. She loves her new room but is still "scared" to sleep in it. Mommy makes her sleep there anyway and one night when I was putting her to bed she asked, "Mommy why is our house made of wood?" I replied, I don't know but I guess whoever built it wanted to make it out of wood. Bri says, "But what if it falls down?" I confidently said, It won't fall down, it is VERY strong. Brianna immediately replies, "But Mom, you remember, the walls of Jericho fell down and they were very strong." I couldn't argue with that but just assured her that they only fell down because God made them fall down. I don't think she was convinced but she slept in her room anyway.
