The tooth fairy

Brianna lost her first tooth on Thursday. She was so excited. She put the tooth under her pillow that night and asked me if the tooth fairy was really real? I didn't commit to that but told her she would have to wait and see. Amazingly she went to sleep pretty quickly and thankfully before Mom fell asleep.

A few minutes after 6 AM the next morning she came in my room all excited because as she said, "Mom the tooth fairy is really real. Sammy (her cousin) was telling the truth. The tooth fairy is real." She later called Dad at work and told him that the tooth fairy was real and that the tooth fairy left her a "whole dollar." She is so funny. A few days or a week before her tooth came out Daddy told her that she better hurry and get her tooth out because the tooth fairy was going to run out of money. Brianna told him, "Dad it has been a slow tooth season. I am sure there will be money left." Dad said he got an economics lesson from a 5 year old.

This was Brianna's "Share Feast" at school before Thanksgiving. I happened to be off that day so Kierra and I got to join her there and they let Kierra participate.

Silly girl I found her sitting in the doll baby bed one morning.
