First Sink Bath

Ethan's cord finally came off yesterday so he got his first sink bath last night. He was not at all sure he liked a bath.

Ethan is 3 weeks old and 2 princesses

Ethan is 3 weeks old today. He is still doing well and usually only gets up a couple of times at night. Hopefully that continues. We are so blessed and are really enjoying him and the girls.

Yesterday Dad got the swing out and he got to try it for the first time. He really seemed to like it and even went to sleep in it for a little while.

Kierra got the boppy pillow and her doll and then insisted I toss her Ethan's burp rag so she could burp her baby.

This weekend we were supposed to get snow but we didn't get any right here at our house. The mountains and hills all around us got quite a lot of snow and it is so beautiful. It was very cold though and on Sunday morning there was a heavy frost and the girls went out to play in the frost. Wesley says, "California girls" they get excited about playing in the frost. It had rained quite a bit before the cold front came through so they did find some ice to play with. Thank the Lord, Ethan is still doing well despite his cold and stuffy nose.

2 weeks old!

Ethan is 2 weeks old today. He saw his doctor and is up to 8 lbs 3 oz and is 21 inches long. He is growing soooo fast. I can hardly believe he is 2 weeks old already. Wesley and I have developed colds and now Ethan has a stuffy nose and a little cough. We are praying it is nothing more serious that just a little cold.

It has been a busy week since I last posted. Ethan is doing very well. Saturday we had a baby shower and then Sunday was Ethan's baby dedication so that MomMom could be here for it. Today we had to take MomMom to the airport so she could fly home. Thanks Mom for all your help. We love and miss you.
